Protect people and operations
The mandatory common foundation for our people. It covers mining safety, regulations, crime prevention, and cybersecurity as the basis of their preparation.

A track that includes technical webinars, general training courses, and workshops tied to Grupo INEL's services and equipment rental.
How it works
One career, three levels of development
Each employee follows a training path based on their profile and project. Learning combines a virtual classroom, workshops, and on-site practice, with theory assessment and hands-on validation at every level.

Foundations
Build a shared base
Regulations and safety, screening and crushing principles, and rock identification. The essential knowledge needed to move on to specialization.

Specialization
Apply knowledge in the field
Training in the operation and maintenance of the equipment for each profile, with guided practice and application in real situations.

Mastery
Deepen and share experience
Diagnostics, plant optimization, and training other employees. Passing all three levels earns the INEL certification for the profile.
