INEL strengthens its leadership in Chilean large-scale mining through infrastructure investment, fleet expansion, a larger spare parts stock, and a strategic alliance with ASTEC aligned with its 2026 vision.
Sustained growth driven by leadership and management
INEL continues to advance a sustained growth plan that combines investment, infrastructure, technical strengthening, and strategic direction.
Under the leadership of our CEO, Sebastián Charpentier, the company has defined a clear path to consolidate its position in crushing and screening services for large-scale mining in Chile.
This progress is complemented by the strategic collaboration with ASTEC, led by Jorge Soto, Country Manager, whose technology and technical support are integrated into a development model driven mainly by INEL's own management and internal planning.
The growth shows in a greater presence at mine sites, a more robust fleet, more efficient processes, and a technical team prepared to meet the demands of large-scale projects.

Infrastructure ready for a more robust operation
One of the pillars of this growth is the strengthening of INEL's infrastructure.
The company has expanded its logistics capacity with new warehouses and improvements to its facilities, which makes it possible to manage equipment preparation, component storage, and daily operations faster and in a more orderly way.
Increasing the stock of critical spare parts is key to this strategy. Having spare parts available locally reduces downtime, improves operational continuity, and makes it possible to respond more quickly to our clients' needs.
Likewise, the modernization of workshops and maintenance areas has made it possible to optimize processes, raise service quality, and ensure that every machine reaches the field in optimal operating condition.
Fleet expansion and technology renewal
INEL continues to expand and renew its fleet with high-performance machinery, adding latest-generation ASTEC equipment and strengthening its operating capacity in large-scale projects.
This expansion not only increases the number of machines available, it also raises the level of technology we work with, improving efficiency, safety, and availability on site.
Each new addition joins a work model based on preventive maintenance, constant technical supervision, and protocols that ensure reliable performance.

A technical team prepared to sustain complex operations
INEL's expansion comes with the strengthening of its team.
New specialized technicians have joined, training programs have been reinforced, and processes have been standardized so that we can operate under a continuous availability model.
This approach ensures that operations can keep running day and night, under demanding conditions, with a consistent and professional level of response.
The combination of modern equipment, available stock, and qualified personnel allows INEL to sustain operations at high-demand sites such as Codelco, AMSA, and other major mining companies.
2026 outlook: planned growth with vision
The plan projected toward 2026 includes a progressive fleet expansion, continuous infrastructure improvements, and a stronger technical team, always with the goal of delivering a reliable, efficient service aligned with the needs of large-scale mining.
INEL's strategic direction aims to consolidate its presence in more operations, increase its response capacity, and keep raising the standards of efficiency and technical availability.
INEL keeps growing with vision, with planning, and with a firm commitment to its clients and the industry.
INEL: leadership, capacity, and technology at the service of large-scale mining.
