In a sector as demanding and complex as mining, women's talent and leadership have proven to be essential drivers of change. At INEL, a company dedicated to providing solutions to the mining sector, mainly in aggregate production and mobile crushing and screening services, we are deeply committed to gender equity and to promoting women into decision-making roles.
Recently, our Executive Director, Josefina Mörgado, had the honor of representing INEL at a major event for the sector: the Women in Mining (WIM) Chile Annual Dinner, held on Friday, November 9. The event, organized to mark the organization's ninth anniversary, brought together some of the most influential women in the Chilean mining industry, along with leaders and strategic allies committed to gender equity.

A driver of change in the industry
Since its founding in 2015, Women in Mining Chile has been a key agent of change in the mining industry. Over these nine years, the NGO has worked to promote the participation of women in every area of mining, from operations to executive positions. Its mission is to make women's talent visible, increase their representation in strategic roles, and foster an inclusive environment in the sector.
The WIM Chile anniversary event was an occasion to celebrate the progress made on gender equity and to recognize the effort of the women whose work has left a mark on the industry. Among them are professionals who have overcome challenges, led teams, and optimized processes, showing that talent has no gender and that women's leadership is an essential pillar for the development of mining.

INEL and women's talent
We firmly believe in the power of diversity and in the value of women's talent. We are proud to be part of an industry where more and more women take on key roles and lead high-impact projects. Josefina Mörgado's presence at the Women in Mining Annual Dinner is a testament to our commitment to gender equity and to building an inclusive work environment, where every voice is heard and valued.
Our Executive Director, Josefina Mörgado, not only leads our operations, she also represents the values of innovation, excellence, and commitment that define our company. Her participation in the WIM Chile event underscores the importance of having women in leadership positions who can guide and motivate others in the pursuit of positive change.
The future of mining is inclusive
As the mining industry moves toward a more sustainable and inclusive future, it is essential that companies like INEL keep supporting and promoting women's talent in every area. The participation of women in leadership roles in the sector not only strengthens the industry, it also opens new opportunities for innovation and development.
We thank Women in Mining Chile for its invaluable work promoting gender equity and congratulate all the women leaders recognized during the event. We will keep working to create an environment where talent and ability are the main drivers of success, and where everyone, regardless of gender, has the opportunity to contribute and grow.

A special recognition
We want to extend special thanks to everyone who attended and supported the Women in Mining Chile Annual Dinner. We are deeply motivated to see how women's leadership is driving mining toward a more inclusive and prosperous future.
