Radomiro Tomic cover material production

We provided full-service aggregate production at Codelco's Radomiro Tomic Division, as a subcontractor to EMIN Ingeniería y Construcción, including the mobilization, operation, maintenance, and demobilization of our crushing and screening train. Our scope covered the production of cover and granular materials for platforms, roads, and walls, using material from discarded heaps as feed. Screening and processing this material was a major technical challenge because of its high moisture content and heterogeneous characteristics, which required constant adjustments to the equipment setup and rigorous process control. Thanks to the simultaneous operation of multiple machines and the experience of our personnel, we turned a complex material into products that met the project's specifications, ensuring a steady and reliable supply throughout the contract period.
