Caserones stemming gravel production

We provided full-service production of stemming gravel for blasting at Minera Caserones, including the mobilization, operation, maintenance, and demobilization of our crushing and screening train. Through a staged crushing process, we obtained cubical, uniformly sized particles that pack tightly in the collar of the blasthole, sealing it effectively and containing the detonation gases. This translates into better use of the explosive's energy, more uniform fragmentation, and a lower risk of flyrock, contributing directly to the productivity and safety of the mining operation. With continuous production and ongoing quality control, we ensured a reliable supply for Minera Lumina Copper Chile throughout the contract period.
